Do not think that you can say whatever you want online with no effect in your real life. There are several cases that prove that wrong. Recently a woman kicked out of a restaurant because she called the bartender a “twerp” on twitter. Another woman tried to hire a hitman over facebook to kill the father of her child. A man (Michael Macalindong), who was using Facebook to lure teens for sex, is now in prison (sentenced for 35 years). I don’t want to make this a huge post with hundreds of examples, I just want to make a point. Whatever you say or/and do on the Internet affects your real life. Behave online as you would behave in real life, especially now that both Google and Facebook force you to use your real name.
