Two founders of Pirate Bay have launched a new file-sharing site called Bayfiles. Bayfiles will respect copyrights. It is very similar to Rapidshare, Megaupload and YouSendit. The site allows users to upload their files and share the link where their file was stored for others to download it. There is not search functionality and therefore the user will have to publish his link so the others can find the file and download it. If you upload copyrighted material, the site will delete the files

If you have installed Apache server with the default settings then you are vulnerable. Apache Software Foundation is working on this issue and they will release a fix soon, but until then they offer some immediate actions you can do to be protected

Stop worrying about arctic ice melt. According to a new research by National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) scientists, the Arctic ice may stabilize or even grow over the next few decades. The research was funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the results were published by the American Geophysical Union. The study showed some unexpected results if we take into consideration the fast Arctic ice melt over the last decade and the current climate conditions
